We take time to be comfortable with one another informally before projects begin. Practising exercises that explore being together, which is totally disconnected from isolated learning rituals that have become commonplace in schools. Which group can make the tallest hat is an activity that gets people making immediately, requiring them to communicate whilst making in a competitive environment, from this I forge learning relationships that are nurtured over time.
